When you buy a special baby gift from an online store, you want the peace of mind to know that you can return the item easily if you need to. KidKeeps.com offers you the same service that you would receive at any high-end retailer, with a no-questions asked refund return policy.
Here are the specifics:
You must complete the form at the bottom of this page to receive return authorization prior to sending it back. We want to make the process as easy as possible, but require this so that we can direct you to the right location to send your return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. But don't worry... we are real people that care about your patronage and will take care of your return request promptly.
We must be notified of returns within 30 days. We don't have to actually receive the merchandise, but we request an email letting us know that the return is coming within this time period.
Returns received after 60 days will be issued store credit rather than a cash refund.
We cannot accept returns on special order or personalized items (indicated on the product page).
The product must be in the original condition. If the memory book came in a gift box, we'll need that too. Why? We'll want to return the merchandise to our stock and deliver it in new condition to the next customer who purchases the item.
If the item is not in the original condition, then we will provide a refund less than the full amount paid based upon the extent of the use/damage.
As with most online retailers, return shipping is paid by you, the customer (this includes customs brokerage fees for Canadian customers). But we won't charge any re-stocking fees or anything of the sort.
We will refund your credit card for the full amount you paid, less the shipping you paid to your location. We will refund shipping in the case of a defective product as long as you have a return authorization, but again please don't send it back to us before emailing first.
Refusing delivery of a product is the same as a return - customers are repsonsible for forward and return shipping costs.
If you would like to exchange your product, we can easily faciliate that too. Shipping charges apply for the second shipment.
Items that are returned to us as "undeliverable" due to a bad or incorrectly addressed package are subject to the same policy, although we are happy to re-ship them to a good address at the cost of postage for the re-shipment.
